• 4 tablespoon maple syrup
• 4 tablespoons coconut oil
• 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• Up to 1 cup raw or toasted nuts
• 1 3/4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
• 1/4 teaspoons salt
1. In a small saucepan, cook collectively the coconut oil and liquid sweetener over average heat for 1-2 minutes. Mix them to combine. Add cinnamon and salt.
2. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Arrange a baking sheet by spraying with cooking spray or closing with parchment paper. Placed aside.
3. Arrange rolled oats in a pot. Pour the batter on top and mix to coat.
4. Spread mixture equally covering the prepared baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes, mixing at least once.
5. Exclude from the oven and let it chill to room temperature. Add roasted or raw nuts of your preference and dried fruit are optional.
