Egg Fried Rice with Sweet Chilli Chicken
1. 4 chicken thighs boneless chopped and fried in oil
2. 1 tbsp white onion chopped
3. 1 tsp chopped chili
4. 2 cups boiled cooked and rinsed rice
5. 1 Spring onion chopped
6. 1/2 cup sweet peas
7. 2 tsp Sesame oil for frying
8. 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
9. to taste Salt and pepper
10. 1 tsp Sriacha Sauce
1. Chop the chicken into small pieces. Chop the white onions heat oil in a pan add the onions and chicken to cook. Add salt n pepper.

1. Add the chopped chili pepper mix in when chicken is cooked.

1. Rinse the cooked rice under a cold tap for about a minute then let it dry off. Heat the sesame oil in a wok and add the rice shake the pan and cook for 1 minute. Then add the chicken
